All available products are digital educational resources delivered electronically. No physical shipping is required.
1. Digital products only
Purchases consist of downloadable materials, course files, or other educational resources described on the relevant product page. No physical items, printed books, or parcels are shipped.
2. How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, your order confirmation page may provide secure download links. Depending on the product, access details may also be available through email, your customer account, or a specified digital delivery service.
3. Delivery time
Digital access is normally available shortly after successful payment verification. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, technical processing, or email delivery issues.
4. Shipping charges
Digital products do not incur physical shipping or handling charges.
5. Your email and device
Provide an accurate email address at checkout and use compatible software, an internet connection, and an appropriate device to view or download your resources.
6. Missing download
Check your order confirmation page, inbox and spam folders. If access is missing, contact customer support with your order number and product title. Orders awaiting payment confirmation will not receive downloadable access.
7. International access
